Privatisation of ZCB Markowicze - a construction ceramics manufacturer
In March 2009, on assignment with the Ministry of State Treasury, we started the process of privatisation of ZCB Markowicze, a renowned manufacturer of construction ceramics.
In the end of the year the procedure is fairly advanced, several formal proposals have been submitted.
Zaklad Ceramiki Budowlanej "Markowicze" SA with a seat in Cegielnia Markowicze is one of leading manufacturers of construction ceramics in Poland. The produce, among others, bricks, as well as ceiling and ventilation elements. The company has received a number of awards and enjoys a stable and significant position on the Polish construction materials market.
