Telecoaching

The main goal of telecoaching is to raise effectiveness of trainings based on e-learning, the coach  motivates and disciplines learners providing their progress in training.

The trainer supports learners on technical, but mostly on substantial issues. There is a possibility of regular (5 days a week, 8 hours daily) contact via telephone or e-mail. The coach provides feedback.
