Blended Learning- trainings for busy people

The "Blended Learning" concept allows trainees to make the best of two types of training methods: the e-learning method (via the Internet) and the classroom training.

The program of blended learning consists of 3 part as a “sandwich model"

Kick off - the goal of the introduction is to explain to the participants how the e-learning works - and to motivate them.

E-learning supported by trainer – project management chosen training. Each includes theory, examples, check list, trap list, problems and exercises and tests.

Project simulator- SimulTrain® the computer simulation of project that you feel responsible for. The Project Management Simulation permits one to put into practice acquired knowledge. The simulation confronts the participants with various problems, which occur in every project.

“Blended Learning” is ideal for training in Project Management as the participants learn two different skill sets:

Technical knowledge (procedure, tools, techniques);
• Soft skills knowledge (working with teams, decisions, controlling).

Main advantage of blended learning is individual tempo for participant, who can regulate his own time and choose the place of training.
