The Team

Employees are the most precious asset of a consulting company. At present Doradca employs about fifty persons full time, providing services with regard to management, corporate finance, marketing, quality, and training. Our highly qualified team of consultants represents a wide spectrum of business knowledge and talent, often combining qualifications of business advisors and trainers. As a benefit to our clients, our business languages are: Polish, English and Russian.

We emphasize a need for education and training of our employees. Doradca Academy is a good illustration of this approach. This institution allows for information exchange and the diffusion of knowledge and good work patterns throughout the whole team. Moreover, we have a knowledge management system, which to some extent is reflected on Doradca web site (however, only in the Polish language version).

The company is managed by a Management Board consisting of two members: Jarosław Zysnarski (President and CEO) and Jarosław Pawłowski. The two remaining partners - leading shareholders of Doradca company are Dorota Porazka and Jarosław Malec.
